Dance like no one is watching you.
Power of Dance
Today’s challenge is to get you to loosen up a little. For some, this may be something they already do, but if you don’t give it a try: dance with abandon.
So put on your favorite music, turn it up, and start moving! It’s perfectly fine to do this if no one is watching – and fine to do it in public too. Don’t have a favorite dance song? Scan through the radio or search iTunes radio or Pandora for the type of music to which you want to dance. Kick off your shoes – or put on some tap shoes?! – and have a blast. This is great fun to do while cooking dinner, or vacuuming, especially if your teenage children are around. They’ll be hugely embarrassed and you can affirm your ever-growing belief in yourself. Just tell them, “I believe in myself, therefore I choose to dance!”
