Day Twenty’s Challenge:
Take time to reflect (again!).
Being two-thirds of the way through the challenge, it’s another great opportunity to take a moment and reflect on the journey thus far. Which of the daily habits have you successfully incorporated into your routine? What activities have been out of your comfort zone? Which have you enjoyed the most? What have you learned about yourself?
There are lots of theories on the Law of Attraction and thinking about something to make it come true. I, however, subscribe to a slightly different theory in that it is not so much that you are wishing and waiting, but more at un-clouding your vision to notice that it’s been happening all along. Creating this challenge for you (and for myself, as I am as much in need of taking this journey as anyone), has allowed me to see so many opportunities that have been sitting dormant but now are shining brightly before my eyes. I didn’t create these opportunities, but have instead made myself aware of their existence.
For me, the underlying theme to creating this and other courses and programs I offer is that it brings me joy in creating it and joy in knowing that I am helping others. What do you do that always brings you joy? Is this tied in with an aspect of your job? Related to volunteering that you do? Or part of your role as a spouse/partner or parent? Are you feeling more abundant in this gift since you’ve been taking better care of yourself?
If you’re not already on my email list, please take a moment to join (scroll all the way to the bottom – look on the right). I am working on some great mini-courses and full-length seminars, as well as getting ready to open a few slots in my one-on-one Health, Happiness, & Success coaching schedule. Being on the mailing list gets you first “dibs” on learning about these, often with some special deals.
